Mihir Hirwani is the son of former Indian leg spinner Narendra Hirwani. Mihir Hirwani Mihir Hirwani currently aged 24 is playing for Madhya Pradesh. Hirwani is a leg spin bowler who is yet to feature in the IPL and for Indian Cricket Team.  Mihir Hirwani has a great talent in him. Johnson announces retirement from all forms of cricket

Australia left-arm pacer  Mitchell Johnson  has announced his retirement from all forms of cricket. The 36-year-old, who went on to play in T20 tournaments across the globe after quitting international cricket in November 2015, last played in this year's IPL for the Kolkata Knight Riders. "It's over. I've bowled my final ball. Taken my final wicket. Today I announce my retirement from all forms of cricket," Johnson said in a column on  Perth Now . "I had hoped to continue playing in various Twenty20 competitions around the world until perhaps the middle of next year. But the fact is my body is starting to shut down." Wriddhiman Saha most likely to miss Afghanistan Test

Wriddhiman Saha who has played 32 Test matches for India scoring 1164 runs up to date is going to be monitored ahead of the Afghanistan Test after he sustained injury during the IPL qualifier against Kolkata Knight Riders on May 25. Saha is India's main wicket-keeper for Test matches and he was even namedin the 15-man squad for the Afghanistan Test. If he's ruled out, India have the option of looking for a back-up or hand the gloves to KL Rahul, who was recently behind the for Kings XI Punjab in the recently concluded IPL. Dinesh Karthik  or   Parthiv Patel  would be called to replace Saha in the squad. Rohit Sharma has been left out of India's squad for Afghanistan's inaugural Test while Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar have been rested. Virat Kohli will also miss this Test as he wanted to gear up for the upcoming England Test by playing for Surrey but he also sustained an injury which kept him out of Surrey's squad. Kohli signs for Surrey

Virat Kohli has officially signed with English county side Surrey which starts on July. The Indian Skipper will miss the one-off test against Afghanistan which is scheduled to begin on June 14 in Bengaluru. Kohli will become the fourth Indian player in county cricket this year. Cheteshwar Pujara playing for Yorkshire and seamers Ishant Sharma and Varun Aaron are representing Sussex and Leicestershire respectively.

Virat Kohli fined for slow over-rate

Royal Challengers Bangalore  captain  Virat Kohli  has been fined for maintaining a slow over-rate during his team's Indian Premier League match against  Chennai Super Kings  in Bengaluru on Wednesday. He has been fined Rs. 12 lakh because it was RCB's first offence of the season under the IPL's Code of Conduct related to minimum over-rate offences.

Borren calls time on Netherlands career

Netherlands captain  Peter Borren , 34, has retired from international cricket with immediate effect.  Pieter Seelaar , the 30-year old left-arm spinner, will take over the captaincy. Jeroen Smits, the former Netherlands wicketkeeper, has been appointed the new team manager. Borren had been captain since July 2010, when he took over the role from Smits. Among teams that currently have at least ODI status, the only players with longer ongoing captaincy reigns are Ireland's William Porterfield, and Nepal's Paras Khadka.

Holder to replace Pollard as Barbados Tridents captain

West Indies' Test and ODI captain  Jason Holder  will lead Barbados Tridents in the forthcoming season of the Caribbean Premier League. Holder, who had missed the previous edition due to West Indies' tour of England, will take over captaincy reins from Kieron Pollard. The tournament is scheduled to run from August 8 to September 16 this year, with Trinbago Knight Riders looking to defend their title.

Stanlake leaves IPL 2018 with fractured finger

Billy Stanlake, the Sunrisers Hyderabad fast bowler, will miss the remainder of IPL 2018 because of a fractured finger. He sustained the injury during Sunrisers' game against Chennai Super Kings on Sunday and has flown back home to Australia for further treatment. Sunrisers have not named a replacement for Stanlake yet and are already grappling with injury concerns to their pace spearhead Bhuvneshwar Kumar. They do, however, have a strong Indian pace-bowling contingent with Sandeep Sharma, Basil Thampi, T Natarajan and Khaleel Ahmed waiting on the bench.
